1. Introduction
SelfAgentic is an AI agent platform that enables users to create, manage, and deploy autonomous AI agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the SelfAgentic platform and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — When you sign up, we collect your name, email address and password through our authentication system (Supabase Auth, which we host ourselves). Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text.
- Content and usage data — Your chats with agents, agent memories, token consumption, and a record of which tools each agent run called.
- Agent configuration data — Agent settings, system prompts, skills, schedules, workflows and other agent parameters you create.
- Third-party integration data — When you connect an external service, we store the access tokens that service issues us, encrypted at rest, together with basic account details such as the workspace or account name. Agents read from and act in that service on your behalf.
- Payment information — If you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive subscription and payment status, not your full card details.
- Site analytics — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect information about how you use the site, including session replays recorded by Clarity.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the SelfAgentic platform
- Process AI agent interactions and deliver responses
- Track token and media usage against your plan
- Debug failures and improve the reliability and quality of the service
- Send usage alerts, notifications, and service-related communications
- Email you when we publish a new post on our blog. Every one of these emails has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off at any time in Settings
We do not train models on your data, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Application data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database on Microsoft Azure in the Central India region. Every table holding your data that our API can reach is protected by row-level security, so queries only return rows belonging to your account.
- Integration tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, using keys held in Azure Key Vault.
- Files we store, such as profile images and media staged for publishing to social platforms, are kept in Azure Blob Storage and served from unlisted links: anyone who has a file's exact link can open it. Most documents your agents create are written to your own Google Drive instead.
- All data transmission is secured via HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Model requests may be processed outside India; see Section 5. More detail is on our Security page.
5. Service Providers
SelfAgentic relies on the following providers to operate. Each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the service and has its own privacy policy:
- Microsoft Azure — Hosting, database, file storage and key management. AI agent requests are processed by an Azure OpenAI model deployment in Azure AI Foundry. It uses a global deployment type, so the content of a request may be processed in any Azure region.
- Replicate — Image and video generation, when an agent generates media.
- Exa — Web search, when an agent uses that tool.
- Langfuse — LLM tracing. Prompts and model responses from agent runs are sent to Langfuse so we can investigate failures.
- Resend — Email delivery: account emails and blog-post emails.
- Razorpay — Payment processing and subscription management for Pro.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — Site analytics and session replay.
When you connect an integration (such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta/Instagram, Slack, Fireflies or WhatsApp), data is exchanged with that service to carry out what you or your agents ask for. Its handling of that data is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
- Chats, memories and agent data are kept until you delete them or your account.
- Token usage logs are retained for billing and auditing purposes.
- Disconnecting an integration deletes the tokens we stored for it.
- There is no self-serve account deletion yet. To delete your account, email privacy@selfagentic.in. We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days of your request.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential communications, such as blog-post emails

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
