Agent template

An SEO audit agent that ranks your fixes by impact

SEO Auditor is a ready-made SelfAgentic agent that reviews a website across seven weighted areas: technical SEO, content quality, on-page SEO, schema, performance, AI search readiness and images. It works from your pages and the exports you share, and returns a score out of 100, an A to F grade and a prioritised list of fixes.

What SEO Auditor does

Scores seven areas

Content quality and technical SEO carry the most weight, then on-page SEO, schema, performance, AI search readiness and images.

Reads your content

It reads the text of your pages and your competitors’ pages to judge topics, coverage, headings in context and thin content.

Checks the markup you share

Paste a page’s source, or share a crawl or Search Console export, and it checks titles, canonicals, structured data and internal links from that.

Plans the work

Findings are tagged critical to low and grouped into this week, this month and this quarter, with quick wins listed first.

First jobs to give it

Type these as you would ask a colleague. The agent asks for anything it is missing.

“Audit our site and rank the fixes by impact.”

“Deep-dive our pricing page.”

“Here is our Search Console export. What should we fix first?”

What it works with

Web research is built in. Integrations work once you connect them and grant this agent access.

Web research

Reads the text of your pages and your competitors’ pages.

Google WorkspaceReads an exported report you share and writes the audit to a Doc.

Limits

Where this template stops, so you know what to expect.

  • It reads a page’s text, not its HTML, so it cannot see canonicals, meta tags or structured data on its own. Paste the page source or share a crawl export for those checks.
  • It does not run JavaScript or measure Core Web Vitals. Share PageSpeed or Search Console data for performance findings.
  • It recommends changes; it does not edit your site.

Questions about SEO Auditor

What does the score mean?

Each of the seven areas is scored, weighted and combined into a number out of 100. 90 and above is an A, under 40 an F. The detail behind each deduction is in the report.

Can it audit a competitor?

Yes. Give it their URLs and it compares their pages’ content with yours, and their markup too if you paste their page source.

Does it need access to Search Console?

No, but it does better with data. Paste or share an export and it uses your real queries and pages instead of guessing.
