Will it post without asking?
Not by default. In chat you approve each post on a preview card. Posts drafted on a schedule wait in your Approvals inbox until you publish or reject them.
Which platforms does it publish to?
LinkedIn and Instagram. For other platforms it plans and drafts, and you post the copy yourself.
Can it keep a posting rhythm on its own?
Put it on a schedule and it drafts on that rhythm. Each draft still waits for your approval before it goes live.
