How to connect Fireflies

- 3Under Project Routes, add a title rule for each project, so each meeting knows where it belongs.

What needs your approval
Fireflies is read-only for agents. They read and remember your meetings and never change anything in your Fireflies account, so there is nothing to approve.
Things you can ask it
“What did we promise Acme on last week’s call?”
Searches your meetings and quotes the commitment with the date it was made.
“Draft a follow-up for each of today’s calls.”
Writes one follow-up per meeting from its action items, ready for you to send.
“Turn this week’s meetings into a status doc.”
Reads the meetings and writes a Google Doc, if the agent also has Google access.
Limits today
What this integration does not do yet, so you know before you connect it.
- A meeting reaches agents only after a Project Route sends it to a project. Without a matching rule it stays unassigned.
- Meeting search is not available to agents in Slack. Ask about meetings from web chat, schedules or workflows.
- Agents read meetings; they do not join or record calls. Fireflies does the recording.
Questions about Fireflies
Does every agent see every meeting?
No. Only enrolled agents receive meetings, and only for the project a meeting’s title rule sends it to.
What happens to a meeting that matches no rule?
It waits as unassigned and you get a notification to assign it to a project or delete it. No agent sees it until you do.
Can the agent change my Fireflies notes?
No. The integration is read-only: agents search, read and remember meetings.
