AI agents that turn product feedback into a ranked list

SelfAgentic gives a product team agents that read the feedback you collect in Google Sheets and Docs, cluster it into themes with counts, and rank what to build with the quotes still attached. They also write sprint reports from the notes you share, and remember the decisions from your meetings through Fireflies.

What the agents do

Feedback into themes

The agent reads a feedback Sheet or Doc you share and groups it into themes, with a count and example quotes for each.

A list you can defend

It ranks the themes and keeps the evidence attached, so the planning meeting argues about the data, not about who remembers what.

Sprint reports

Share the notes and docs from a sprint and it writes the report as a Google Doc: what shipped, what slipped and why.

Decisions remembered

With Fireflies connected, decisions and action items from your meetings are saved to the agent’s memory for the next conversation.

What your team ends up with

  • Raw feedback clustered into themes, with counts
  • A prioritised list you can defend in a planning meeting
  • Sprint reports written from the notes and docs you share
  • Decisions and action items from your meetings, remembered

Set it up

  1. 1Create an agent from the Market Researcher template, or the Co-Founder template if you want it to argue about priorities too.
  2. 2Connect Google and use “Share files with agents” to pick the feedback Sheet or Doc.
  3. 3Ask for the themes now, or add a weekly schedule so the list updates as feedback arrives.
  4. 4Optionally connect Fireflies, add a Project Route for your product meetings, and tick this agent under Enrolled agents.

What needs your approval

There is nothing to approve: these agents read and write documents, and Google writes happen straight away. Access is limited to files the app created or you shared.

Limits

What this does not cover yet, so you know before you set it up.

  • There is no Jira, Linear or Intercom integration. Feedback has to be in a Sheet or Doc you share, or pasted in.
  • An agent reads about the first 24,000 characters of a file (a few hundred rows of a typical sheet) and only its first tab. Split a larger export into several files.
  • Files you add on drive.google.com stay invisible until you share them through “Share files with agents”.

Questions

Can it read our Jira or Linear?

Not today. Export the feedback or tickets to a Google Sheet and share it with the agent.

How does it count themes?

It reads the file, groups similar feedback and counts each group, with example quotes. Counts cover what it read, so split long exports and spot-check a few rows before you present them.

Can the list update every week?

Yes. Add a weekly schedule and the agent reruns the analysis on the latest version of the shared file.
